Ever feel angry or upset but don't know why?
We all have 'off days' but sometimes they seem to stick around and we just can't shake them. Sometimes just getting up in the morning is the hardest thing, your friends think you're just looking for attention, your family are fed up with your 'attitude'. Depression takes on many faces, you could feel tired all the time, feel sad or miserable for no apparent reason or not hanging out with your friends any more, it can be situational (you just lost your job) or bio-chemical where it is a chemical imbalance that causes your emotions to be hard to control. You are not alone and you are not weird, and there is help out there. There are so many different ways to help yourself.

Try and draw something each day, doesn't have to be a masterpiece just get it out of your head.
WRITE HOW YOU FEEL
Writing is a great exercise, write about what happened to make you feel the way you feel, happy, sad, angry, unappreciated. You're not writing it for anyone else but you. .
COLOURING HELPS
Get yourself a colouring book if that's what you like to do, it's a great escape..
