We all have 'off days' but sometimes they seem to stick around and we just can't shake them. Sometimes just getting up in the morning is the hardest thing, your friends think you're just looking for attention, your family are fed up with your 'attitude'. Depression takes on many faces, you could feel tired all the time, feel sad or miserable for no apparent reason or not hanging out with your friends any more, it can be situational (you just lost your job) or bio-chemical where it is a chemical imbalance that causes your emotions to be hard to control. You are not alone and you are not weird, and there is help out there. There are so many different ways to help yourself.

1Are you between the ages of 13 and 25 years old
We know how tough this age range can be, we've been there and done that and it isn't always fun. Our combined experience helps us relate and be open about issues.
2Do you have thoughts of self harm
We want to help you direct those urges away from yourself and help you express your emotions in a non harmful way through art and writing. We will have monthly challenges to help you find a way that may work for you.
3Do you have a dark sense of humor
Our humor is targeted a little on the dark side so if you are offended by seeing poor innocent teddy bears being gratuitously damaged, we're probably not for you.
4Are you a parent or friend of someone you're worried about
Mamma Bear (Julie) has lived with depression, been affected by suicide and has assisted her own children tackling depression and bullying. She has been a divorced single mother, attended Wesley Mission suicide prevention workshop and wants to put her experience to use by helping others.
5Are you feeling bullied or depressed
