Pablo Picasso once said “Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.” So it’s no surprise that many of us use art, be it drawing, painting, writing or colouring as a way to deal with stress, trauma, unhappiness or just to find some peace in our lives and calm our minds. Art is used as therapy around the world to help bring minds back to health.
